Our wine comes from 1,500 growers who work on 15,000 acres.
 
For over 25 centuries grapes have been planted in Languedoc, France, where there are rolling hills and the climate is recognized to be mild as it is close to the Mediterranean Sea. The grape growers have improved their knowledge with each passing century, and they have passed it down from generation to generation. They know where the best land is located, encompassing good, irrigated soil and the right sun exposure. They also know which varietals of grapes will produce the good wines. They learned to pick the grapes when they are just ripe.
 
For the processing of the grapes for Marc Roman Wines, we have built a new winery with stainless steel tanks; they are used for cooling the must and keep the wines it at a low temperature during the fermentation in order to extract the strong body of Marc Roman. It is fruity wine and extremely pleasant to drink.
 
I am a wine consultant and graduated in Oenology from Dijon University, and I am best known for selecting high quality wines. I have been worked for some of the largest wineries in the world, as well as wine growers in Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Hungary, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, South Africa, Argentina, California, Texas, and Australia.
