2007 Vidal Blanc Ice – 375ml
The wine is made from 100% Vidal Blanc grapes estate grown in the Outer Coastal Plain Viticultural area in the State of New Jersey. Vidal Blanc grapes were harvested in the early morning hours of November 23, 2007, under extreme frost conditions. The grapes were cold pressed with a harvest sugar of 33.6 Brix. After fermentation, the residual sugar was 15.5 Brix with an alcohol content of 10.4%. The wine was cold stabilized, filtered and bottled on February 20, 2008. This Ice Wine is bottled in a sleek .375ml container. There are six bottles per case. This wine should be served slightly chilled.

Notes on Taste:
An after-dinner ice wine with hints of honey, raisin, and melon, is deliciously sweet but not overbearing. It is best served chilled alone or with your favorite dessert.
